I was given a no notice appointment because of a sudden problem with my eye. Once before they saw me right away when a palm frond punctured my eye. They tested and re-tested to make sure they got everything exactly right, and gave me great recommendations on glasses options. Pricing was excellent, and they offered discounts and courtesy services for me as a new customer. I was done in under an hour. Everyone was incredibly kind. Highly recommend!

I went to South Walton Eyecare for the first time recently and LOVED my experience with them. They were communicative, thoughtful, patient, and thorough. I specifically appreciated their frequent communication via text, the friendliness of the staff, Dr. King's patience in answering all of my questions and determining my prescription, and the quick turnaround time for my new glasses! The very hip lady with darker colored hair with a melting blend of blues and deep purple colors on the ends of her hair has the perfect personality look and energy for this business! Dr Bo was completely thorough, she really took time to explain her findings. Gabrielle, was my first point of contact and she made me feel welcomed, very professional and warm. Steph was fantastic to me I couldn't have asked for a better experience. She's nerdy like me and she was quick to pickup on my style. I'm grateful for her assistance. Dr. Bo performed a very through detailed exam. Afterward, Stephanie and Gabrielle helped to find the perfect glasses from the many choices. We visited today for an eye exam for my daughter, and husband. We were blown away with the office, and I love how intimate the office was. It was great to come in, and be greeted and to meet Dr. Bo in the front before heading back. She took her time with both of them, and was extremely personable. She paid special attention to my daughter who has had vision problems along with a corrective surgery, and was just top knot all the way around. Steph was also fantastic spending a lot of time with us going over or options, and going over our insurance. We will definitely continue to go here for all of our Eye Care needs. Overall a 5 Star!
