Dr. Bo Yung King, O.D.
Dr. King was born in Seoul, South Korea. She was raised in New York City and earned her undergraduate degree in Biology at the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1998. She completed her optometric education at State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City where she received her doctorate degree in 2002.
Dr. King completed her externship in contact lenses and primary care at the West Point Military Academy Eye Clinic in West Point, NY. She served her externship in ocular disease at the Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Northport, Long Island.
Since graduating in 2002, Dr. King has worked in private practices in Connecticut, New York and Georgia. She specializes in glaucoma management and pediatric eye care. With many years of co-management experience with local MD’s and OD’s she believes in comprehensive health being an integral part of vision health. Her passion is to provide her patients with the best corrected vision and the most current technology in therapeutic management of ocular diseases.
Throughout her career Dr. King has spent a considerable amount of time volunteering to give back to the community she serves. She has served on Lion’s Club, Remote Access Medical and Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity in her local chapters.
Dr. King resides in Inlet Beach with her husband Dave, her son Peter and her pup Jack. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach and traveling.

Optician
Britney and her family are life long residents of Bay County. They love spending time on the water, boating, fishing, and hanging out at the islands. They love to travel when they can, especially to squeeze in a Disney trip! After being in the eyewear industry for over 8 years Britney joined South Walton Eyecare in 2019. She operates South Walton Eyecare's optical lab and makes eyeglass lenses for our patients. She also oversees all glasses orders, repairs, and inventory for our office. Her goal is to make the patient's experience fun and easy as they pick out their new glasses. She wants them to have the best vision possible, and look great while doing so!
Victoria
Technician
Victoria was born and raised in Oklahoma, but recently relocated to Florida after getting married. She and her husband both share a passion for the beach and the Florida lifestyle. She attended the University of Central Oklahoma, where she was a member of the women’s rowing team. She is deeply committed to assisting others and has discovered eye care to be an ideal career fit. In her leisure time, she likes going to the beach, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.

Abigail is an aspiring optician who has been in the field since 2022. Originally from a small town in Valley, Alabama, she brings a warm and welcoming personality to the office. Abigail assists with pretesting and specializes in helping patients select and order the perfect frames and lenses to fit their needs and lifestyle.
She enjoys meeting new people and getting to know each patient, making the experience both comfortable and personalized. Her goal is to help every patient find not only a great look, but the best lens technology for their vision.
Outside of work, Abigail loves singing and spending time with her fiancé and their dog, Boomer.

With over 24 years of experience in the Medical Field, she has built a dynamic and rewarding career specializing in Ophthalmology, Optometry, and Retina care. She has had the opportunity to assist in both Cataract and LASIK surgeries, playing a key role in improving patient's vision and enhancing their overall quality of life.
In addition to her clinical expertise, she is a Certified Medical Scribe and experienced Surgical Coordinator, known for delivering efficient, high-quality patient care while ensuring a smooth, supportive experience from start to finish. She also has a strong background in the optical field as an Apprentice Optician, with a keen eye for frame styling and lens design.
Her passion for health and wellness extends far beyond the clinical setting. As a Licensed Esthetician specializing in Medical-Grade Skincare, she is dedicated to helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin and renewed confidence.
She also holds a Personal Training Certification and has competed in fitness competitions, fully embracing the gym lifestyle—not just a routine, it’s a passion that fuels her energy, discipline, and commitment to living well.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, family, and friends. You’ll often find her on the water—boating, relaxing at the beach, or exploring new travel destinations and restaurants. Patient Coordinator
Marianne was born in the Philippines and is the eldest of three siblings. She is a licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist with four years of experience working in a large hospital setting, where she gained extensive hands-on knowledge in laboratory testing, examinations, and patient care. Additionally, she has five years of experience with a major health insurance provider in the United States, refining her expertise in patient care coordination and insurance processes. In 2024, Marianne joined Dr. Bo and the team as a Health Care Virtual Assistant, managing patient schedules, appointments, and general inquiries to ensure smooth clinic operations.
Outside of work, Marianne enjoys music, travel, books, content creation, and gaming.

DOLL
Remote scribe / medical biller
Doll is a licensed Medical Laboratory Scientist from the Philippines, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology from Our Lady of Fatima University. She started her career in a government laboratory, working for three years before moving into a molecular diagnostics lab during the COVID-19 pandemic, where she gained advanced experience in laboratory testing and diagnostics.
Since November 2024, she has been working with Dr. Bo as a remote scribe and medical biller, helping ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience. Outside of work, Doll enjoys walking her dogs and unwinding with a good book.

Jenny was born and raised in the Philippines, the eldest of two siblings, and a proud fur mom to Hera, Zeus, and El. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and has over seven years of laboratory experience.
In November 2025, she joined Dr. Bo's team as an Virtual Assistant, assisting patients and the team with optical services, appointment scheduling, administrative tasks, and coordinating with laboratories for optical-related inquiries to provide seamless, personalized eye care support.
In her free time, Jenny enjoys joining fun runs, watching movies, traveling, going out with family and friends, and spending quality time with her three fur babies.
