Dr. Bo Yung King, O.D.
Dr. King was born in Seoul, South Korea. She was raised in New York City and earned her undergraduate degree in Biology at the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1998. She completed her optometric education at State University of New York College of Optometry in New York City where she received her doctorate degree in 2002.
Dr. King completed her externship in contact lenses and primary care at the West Point Military Academy Eye Clinic in West Point, NY. She served her externship in ocular disease at the Northport Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Northport, Long Island.
Since graduating in 2002, Dr. King has worked in private practices in Connecticut, New York and Georgia. She specializes in glaucoma management and pediatric eye care. With many years of co-management experience with local MD’s and OD’s she believes in comprehensive health being an integral part of vision health. Her passion is to provide her patients with the best corrected vision and the most current technology in therapeutic management of ocular diseases.
Throughout her career Dr. King has spent a considerable amount of time volunteering to give back to the community she serves. She has served on Lion’s Club, Remote Access Medical and Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity in her local chapters.
Dr. King resides in Inlet Beach with her husband Dave, her son Peter and her pup Jack. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family at the beach and traveling.

Optician
Britney and her family are life long residents of Bay County. They love spending time on the water, boating, fishing, and hanging out at the islands. They love to travel when they can, especially to squeeze in a Disney trip! After being in the eyewear industry for over 8 years Britney joined South Walton Eyecare in 2019. She operates South Walton Eyecare's optical lab and makes eyeglass lenses for our patients. She also oversees all glasses orders, repairs, and inventory for our office. Her goal is to make the patient's experience fun and easy as they pick out their new glasses. She wants them to have the best vision possible, and look great while doing so!

Technician
Finesse was born on Clark Air Force Base in the Philippines and moved to Tyndall Air Force Base with her family. She grew up in Panama City, Florida and attended school at Gulf Coast State College and Florida State University where she studied psychology. After living in Hawaii, Italy, California, and Japan over the last 10 years, Finesse returned to the Emerald Coast to pursue medical aesthetics.
Finesse joined Dr. Bo and the team in 2023 where she truly enjoys working with patients and being an optometry technician. She is also a California and Florida State Licensed Medical Aesthetician. Her favorite in office treatments are the TempSure Envi Radiofrequency for dry eyes and anti-aging eyes and the IPL machine for correcting hyperpigmentation to the skin.
In her free time, Finesse enjoys yoga, cooking, and traveling.

Lorri joined Dr Bo and the team at South Walton Eyecare in the Spring of 2023. She is a life-long Panama City resident and has been in the medical field for almost 20 years. Most of this time was spent as a Surgical Coordinator for a large obstetrical office, as well as HCA Gulf Coast Florida Hospital. Lorri's goal is to offer a friendly and comfortable patient experience at every visit.

Elesha recently moved to FL with her husband and two boys while her oldest son stayed back in Missouri for college. Missouri is where she calls home but she decided that life is too short so she decided to move to the beach! In her free time she enjoys watching her boys play soccer and football, having family beach days, taking walks with her German Shephard, and cheering for the Kansas City Chiefs. With over 15 years of experience in private practice optometry Elesha is knowledgeable in all areas of the field including teching and opticianry. Her versatility allows her to fill in when needed and to help patients have a smooth experience during their exams.
